Marketing Manager, HCP Campaigns & Channel Engagement, UK & Ireland - Healthcare - CGM

This role is based at our offices in Bracknell, United Kingdom. It is a full‑time position with a flex/hybrid model of three in‑office days per week.
About the Role
* Lead impactful, multi‑channel campaigns that drive adoption and access to Dexcom CGM systems across the UK & Ireland.
* Shape strategic engagement with healthcare professionals, payors and key stakeholders, providing tools and messaging for commercial, clinical and market access teams.
* Develop and execute integrated campaigns based on customer journey insights and care pathways.
* Craft compelling, compliant messaging and multi‑format assets tailored to local market needs.
* Activate campaigns across digital, field, event and partnership channels, optimising reach and engagement.
* Measure performance, use insights to refine strategy and improve ROI.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally and manage agency relationships to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand materials.
What Makes You Successful
* Strategic & analytical thinking with experience crafting multi‑channel strategies tailored to healthcare systems, ideally within NHS.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimise engagement.
* Experience launching targeted campaigns with measurable impact across digital and in‑person channels (CRM, email, webinars, third‑party platforms).
* Ability to use insights to refine channel mix and boost campaign effectiveness.
* Excellent cross‑functional collaboration with medical, legal, regulatory and agency partners.
* Strong communication and project management skills, serving as a key marketing liaison across teams.

* 15‑25% travel required.
Experience and Education Requirements
* Typical requirement: Bachelor’s degree and 8‑12 years of related experience in healthcare, medical devices or pharmaceutical marketing.
* A graduate degree may be desirable for candidates with 4 years of related experience.
* Familiarity with NHS structures, healthcare professional engagement and market access dynamics.
* Experience in regulated environments with strong understanding of compliance and promotional governance.
