Service Advisor - Worthing
Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new opportunity in West Sussex? Our reputable client is looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join their busy team in Worthing.
This is a fantastic chance to become part of a dealership recognised for its excellent aftersales service, with strong manufacturer support and a driven, friendly team environment.
What's On Offer?
1. Competitive basic salary of £28,000 with an OTE of £37,600
2. Earnings potential of £700 to £800 per month via commission and bonuses
3. Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 - Mon - Fri - 30 mins, Saturday on Rota 1 in 3 or 1 in 5

Duties as a Service Advisor will include:
7. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive a seamless experience
8. Advising customers on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance plans
9. Selling service plans, tyres, brakes, and other vehicle accessories
10. Managing work flow and liaising with technicians to ensure timely job completion
11. Keeping accurate records in Kerridge, CDK, RTC, and 1Link software systems
12. Contributing to achieving dealership targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
Requirements that the Service Advisor will need:
13. Ideally Previous experience in a Service Advisor role or a customer service background in the motor trade - However our client is open to non-motor trade backgrounds
14. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
15. Organised and capable of managing multiple appointments efficiently
16. Knowledge of Kerridge, CDK, RTC, or 1Link software (desirable but not essential)
17. A friendly, approachable manner with a focus on delivering excellent customer care
