THE EMPLOYER IS: C C GRAPHICS We are looking for an Online Sales Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our online sales operations by using our in-house design software, preparing and packing customer orders, and ensuring accurate data entry within the Royal Mail online portal. This role involves working with printers and plotters, collaborating with team members, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. All training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Use company design software to assist with product creation and order processing.
* Prepare, pack, and quality-check customer orders for dispatch.
* Input order and shipping data into the Royal Mail online portal.
* Operate printers, plotters, and other production equipment.
* Maintain an organised and efficient workspace.
* Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Assist with general administrative and sales support tasks when required.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Basic computer skills with the ability to learn company design software.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work well within a team.
* Strong communication skills.
* Able to handle repetitive tasks with care.
Desirable Skills
* Ability to use printers, plotters, and similar equipment (training provided if needed).

The Employer is: C C GRAPHICS JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information. Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
