A Customer Service Advisor at Fitness Superstore will:
* Offer excellent service to our customers both internally and externally.
* Take inbound and make outbound telephone calls to customers providing support and information regarding their order status.
* Process orders.
* Liase with 3rd party companies.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints.
* Collate information relating to product failure and warranty issues.
* Provide product service back-up.
* Arrange for required parts and product servicing to be provided.
* Occasionally work in the Installs Admin team using our IT systems for routing orders, monitoring the work done by our teams, as well as monitoring vehicle maintenance schedules.
* Work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday - 09:00 – 17:00. However, there will be occasional weekend work.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have:
* At least 12 months experience within a customer service office-based environment.
* Great communication skills as you will be dealing with customer queries whether face-to-face and over the phone.
* The ability to work in a pressurised environment with experience of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
* The ability to be a team player.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Computer literacy skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and flexibility when required.
