An ambitious, well-funded AI robotics company is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead its go-to-market efforts. Backed by a top-tier technical team (ex-Arrival, Boston Dynamics, Apple, and others), the company is building one of the world’s most advanced robot systems designed to transform labor intensive industries at scale.
🎯 Your Mission:
Secure pre-sales contracts for 1,000 robot units across two enterprise clients by the end of the year.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Drive and close 7–8 figure enterprise deals across logistics, manufacturing, and e-commerce.
âś… Lead GTM strategy and pre-sales execution for an industrial-grade AI/robotics platform.
âś… Structure high-value agreements and long-term partnerships with strategic clients.
âś… Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure tight alignment between commercial goals and technical development.
âś… Build the sales and revenue function from the ground up, including KPIs, forecasting, and team leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
âś” Proven track record of closing complex B2B hardware/software deals (robotics, automation, AI, or deep tech preferred).
âś” Strong domain knowledge of industrial sectors facing acute labor challenges (e.g. 3PL, automotive, retail logistics).
âś” Comfortable navigating early-stage environments and shaping commercial strategy in real time.
