Finishing Manager - Busy Residential Developer
An established and forward-thinking residential developer is seeking a proactive Finishing Manager to take ownership of homes from the final build and clean stage through to handover. This is a key role ensuring every property is completed to the highest quality standards, on schedule, and ready for occupation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all finishing stages from pre-clean to handover, ensuring homes meet required quality and timescales.
Liaise with Site and Project Managers to coordinate workloads and subcontractors efficiently.
Oversee finishing quality across plots and communal areas.
Conduct final inspections and ensure completion certificates are secured.
Maintain high presentation standards and compliance with company quality systems.
Support Customer Service and Quality teams to ensure a seamless handover experience.
Drive achievement of 90%+ 'Ready' and 'Clean' scores.
Uphold health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Experience Required:
Proven experience managing finishing or handover stages within residential construction.
Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Excellent eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality homes.
Collaborative approach and sound knowledge of H&S and QA processes.
