Were recruiting a hands-on Cluster Front Office Manager to lead reception operations across two standout Highland Perthshire properties .

Dunalastair Hotel Suites is a five-star, 32-suite hotel reopening in March 2026 following its acquisition by Loch Rannoch Estate Limited. Reopening as part of The Rannoch Collection, the property enters an exciting new chapter after a thoughtful refresh blending contemporary flair with whimsical nods to its Victorian sporting-lodge heritage.

The Role As Cluster Front Office Manager, youll be the day-to-day lead for reception across both properties, ensuring a seamless guest journey from pre-arrival to departure. Youll work closely with senior leadership and operational HODs, and youll also support reservations to help maximise occupancy, drive revenue, and protect standards.

Support reservations : booking accuracy, rate/availability awareness, guest requirements, and proactive conversion

Create and implement training programmes (service steps, standards, upselling, product knowledge, systems)

Implement and maintain clear SOPs: handovers, cashing up, audit controls, reporting, and compliance

Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, F&B and spa/leisure to ensure smooth operations and fast resolution of issues

Bring a commercial mindset to front office: upselling, upgrades, add-ons, and protecting ADR/occupancy through strong processes

Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism and guest-facing communication at all times

Comfortable supporting reservations and working with systems, reports and operational detail

A natural leader who loves being guest-facing and coaching on the floor

Strong training mindset: able to build confidence, consistency and standards in a team
