You will lead customer-facing engineering activities, drive application strategy, and work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to support advanced electronic and technologies.About the Role:Lead, mentor, and develop a growing applications engineering team supporting global customersAct as the escalation point for complex customer technical issues, working closely with sales, field applications, and engineering teamsProvide technical support across existing product lines and oversee high-quality customer engagementDevelop and implement processes to improve applications engineering effectiveness and customer satisfactionDrive technical engagements including design reviews, prototyping, and system-level troubleshootingOversee the development of application notes, technical documentation, training materials, and sales collateralConduct and oversee lab-based testing, validation, and experimentationRepresent the business at customer sites and international industry eventsBuild deep technical expertise across the product portfolio and act as a subject matter expertFeed customer and market insights into product roadmaps and support product definition and technical documentationManage team resources, budgets, and future hiring plansAbout YouDegree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related field7+ years' experience in applications engineering, with progression into a senior or lead roleBackground in electronics, semiconductor, sensing, or communications-related industriesExperience supporting global customers in a fast-paced, product-driven environmentExperience with analogue and mixed-signal electronic systemsExperience supporting customer design-in activities and managing product-related investigationsExperience with modelling, simulation, and data analysis toolsProven ability to lead and develop engineering teamsStrong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and operationsProficient with high-speed or high-frequency systems (including RF or signal integrity)Electronics experience including communication systems, Schematics, and PCB design Please note, we cannot offer sponsorship for the role.
