Our client is a long-established plumbing and heating business with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding service.
Following continued growth, they are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Scheduler / Planner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule job cards for external engineering teams
* Handle technical calls from both business and residential customers
* Manage workloads using the in-house scheduling system
* Respond promptly to customer emails and enquiries
* Book parts and liaise with suppliers
* Oversee stock control and manage new parts arriving into the business
* Process invoices accurately
* Prepare and manage new quotes
This role offers a basic salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
20 days holiday plus bank holiday rising with service
