Accounts Receivable / Payable & Office Manager

Location: Aldershot, Surrey

Salary: £30,000 (DOE) + bonus + benefits

We are a long-established specialist supplier to the food processing industry, providing

essential equipment and services to leading processors and manufacturers across the UK.

With a head office in Aldershot, Surrey and a technical service centre in Lincolnshire, we are

a highly respected supplier to the food processing and engineering services sector, with over 40 years of heritage. Under new ownership, the business is entering an exciting and ambitious new growth phase.

We are now seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable & Office Manager to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations and ensure the smooth running of our head office.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

* Managing customer invoicing, payments, and credit control.
* Handling supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations and initiating/tracking new orders from suppliers.
* Maintaining accurate ledgers, VAT, and bookkeeping records.
* Liaising with our external accountants for payroll and statutory accounts.
* Supporting the office with general administration, HR records, and coordination with our Lincolnshire service centre.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

* Experienced in accounts receivable/payable and bookkeeping (AAT Level 3/4 or equivalent desirable).
* Confident with Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or similar and strong on Excel.
* Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in managing financial deadlines.
* Comfortable communicating with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
* Able to balance finance duties with general office administration in a small, friendly team.
