We are proud to be supporting a leading aviation client in their search for an experienced
Senior Business Development Executive
to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be pivotal in expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and strengthening long-term partnerships within the global aerospace sector.
The ideal candidate will bring proven aviation business development experience, strong technical knowledge of aircraft parts and repair processes, and the commercial acumen to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage relationships with
airlines, operators, MROs, OEMs, and aviation suppliers
.
* Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities into long-term clients.
* Drive opportunities across
consignment agreements, teardowns, and maintenance parts sourcing programmes
.
* Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity through proactive market research.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and after-sales support.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
* Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and performance updates against targets.
Candidate Profile
* Proven track record in
aviation component sales, MRO services, or the wider aerospace industry
.
* Strong understanding of
aircraft parts trading, repair management, and industry regulations
.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to develop and maintain strong commercial relationships at all levels.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
* Proficiency in Quantum is preferred.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
