Salary: £42,845 - £47,120 per annum

Explore an exciting career opportunity in property maintenance management with NCHA. We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead one of our Repairs and Maintenance teams in East Midlands. If you're passionate about social housing repairs and delivering high-quality maintenance services, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
* Oversee a remote team of multi-skilled tradespeople to ensure efficient delivery of housing maintenance services.
* Lead recruitment, induction, performance management, and drive service improvements.
* Manage budgets, procurement, and contractor oversight as part of the repairs and maintenance division.
Qualifications
* Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds) or equivalent experience in construction or maintenance.
* NEBOSH or IOSH certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Experience managing remote teams and promoting a safe, inclusive working culture.
* Strong understanding of building maintenance and Health & Safety legislation.
* Proven track record in budget management, procurement, and contractor oversight.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Experience in social housing repairs or working with a Registered Provider.
