Customer Service Advisors – Mortgage & Loans – Bradford
Join our Homes Direct Servicing team in Bradford as a full-time Customer Service Advisor. The starting package is £26,420, consisting of a base salary of £24,000, plus a £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1,920 discretionary performance-related bonus.
Overview
In this role you’ll bring energy and warmth to every customer interaction, whether helping someone secure their dream home, celebrate their final mortgage payment or apply for a personal loan. You will be equipped with the skills to build strong customer relationships, take ownership and deliver great service. You may support via Live Chat after training, in addition to handling telephone queries.
What you’ll do
* Handle customer and third-party mortgage or loan queries and transactions over the phone. After training, you may also support via Live Chat.
* Encourage customers to use digital channels for self-service where appropriate.
* Help keep customers and the bank safe by identifying vulnerability and potential fraud.
* Collate information accurately to resolve customer queries at first point of contact.

What else you need to know
* Working 35 hours per week with shifts within opening hours: 08:00–18:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00–14:00 Saturday (lieu days are provided for Saturday work).
* Comprehensive fully-paid training programme on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks.
* After training and reaching the required level, there may be an opportunity to work from home; individual requests for flexible working such as part-time hours may be considered.
* This role is based in Bradford with a hybrid working pattern and an expected attendance in the office of at least 12 days per month.
* Please consider travel distance, time and cost from your home to the office location.
