Due to growth within the business they are looking for an inspirational & motivated goods-in team leader, in their warehouse.Role & Responsibilities:Reporting into the Warehouse Manager, working alongside the goods-out team leaderResponsible for a team of around 10 goods-in warehouse staffManage the storage of good-in inventory - managing ISO14001 reports, recording & labellingUse of an ERP System (IFS)Make sure all daily deliveries are booked in accurately, managing all paperworkPhysical tasks - moving and lifting materials, manual handling, use of forklift trucksContribute towards implementing a new automated (ERP) warehouse management systemResponsible for inputting date onto the system for new items, returns, back-ordersKnowledge, Skills & Experience:Must be a strong man-manager, able to lead by example, motivate and influence positive changeKnowledge of ERP systems (Ideally IFS)Approachable characterAny experience of implementing new automated warehouse management systems would be beneficialHave a 'think outside the box' approach - looking at ways to improvePhysically fit - happy to be hands-on when needed with the team - manual handlingMust have an up-to-date Forklift LicencePreviously have worked in a busy goods-in warehouseBeneficial if worked to ISO 14001 standards - managing wastage / excess materials'To apply please email your CV / resume to [ ]'. / 01908 010 438If you are interested in this position please click 'apply'.Hunter Selection Limited is a recruitment consultancy with offices UK wide, specialising in permanent & contract roles within Engineering & Manufacturing, IT & Digital, Science & Technology and Service & Sales sectors.Please note as we receive a high level of applications we can only respond to applicants whose skills & qualifications are suitable for this position.
