Position: HR Advisor Salary: £30,250 per annum Hours: Average of 37hrs, may include days, evenings and weekends About the role: The role is accountable for the development and delivery of the people strategy, working alongside the man agement teams to ensure we support our employees. Be able to offer advice and guidance on the full spectrum of employment issues, HR policy and HR best practice. Provide support to managers on disciplinary, absence, performance, grievance, and appeal matters including attending meetings either virtually or face to face. Develop and implement HR s trategy and policy to support people management across the Trust. About the you: You will need a strong understanding of UK employment law and its practical application. You willl need to be confident in creating and devising strategy and policy, and communicating this to the team. Be able to p rovide training and coaching to line managers to build confidence and capability in managing their teams effectively. Have good relationship management skills and the ability to mediate. Be innovative with your approach, looking at ways to create DCLT as an employer of choice.
