Coordinating daily deliveries using DMS and Webfleet systems, ensuring smooth and timely dispatch Supporting drivers and customers by managing routes, updates, and resolving delivery issues Maintaining safety and compliance across Health & Safety systems, vehicle checks, and driver operations Assisting with yard operations including picking, loading, unloading and stock control What do you need to be successful? Experience in transport, logistics, or driving (great opportunity for a driver who wants to move off the road). Strong organisation skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Confident using computers and happy to learn new systems (training given on DMS and Webfleet). Strong communicator - able to talk to drivers, customers, and the wider branch team. Problem solver who can think on their feet. Knowledge of local routes (desirable).
