Commercial Property – Jersey (Assignment 17897)
1. Advise on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including residential, litigation, and corporate support matters.
2. Manage transactions end-to-end, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development.
3. 4–6 years’ PQE (UK/Jersey/Commonwealth), strong drafting and client service skills; Jersey property experience desirable.
Interim Commercial Property – Glasgow/Hybrid (Assignment 17825)
4. Interim 3–4-month role handling telecoms and commercial asset management transactions.
5. Minimum 2 years’ PQE in Scottish commercial real estate; telecoms experience preferred but training available.
6. Full-time or hybrid position with flexibility and opportunity to grow in a dynamic, high-calibre environment.
Commercial Property – Edinburgh (Assignment 17818)
7. Join a growing firm’s commercial property team, working on investments, leasing, development, and renewables.
8. Open to solicitors at all levels (ideally 1+ PQE) with strong mentoring and partner support.
9. Offers competitive salary, bi-annual bonuses, and clear paths for progression.
Commercial Property – Edinburgh/Hybrid (Assignment 17802)
10. Manage a varied commercial property caseload within a reputable and expanding legal team.
11. Minimum 2 years’ PQE; strong technical and communication skills essential.

Rural Land & Business (Renewable Energy Focus) – Edinburgh (Assignment 17846)
13. Advise landowners, developers, and investors on rural transactions, energy leases, and grid connections.
14. 2–6 years’ PQE; experience in rural, commercial, or energy law valued.

Energy Property – Edinburgh / Glasgow (Assignment 17851)
16. Handle energy and infrastructure property work including wind, solar, hydrogen, and battery projects.
17. 5+ years’ PQE with experience in energy-related property or major infrastructure transactions.

Property & Infrastructure Disputes – Edinburgh (Assignment 17830)
19. Act on property litigation and construction disputes, including landlord/tenant, boundary, and telecoms matters.
20. 2–5 years’ PQE; strong research, advocacy, and problem-solving skills required.
