The Senior Wealth Development Manager will support the promotion and adoption of the Omnis, Openwork & 2plan Wealth Proposition. They will support both advisers and firms with Wealth and Omnis queries. This is a permanent hybrid role, and can be based in either our Swindon or London office, with the requirement to be in the office 2/3 days a week. Your responsibilities will include: Promoting and articulating the full value of our Wealth Proposition to increase awareness and understanding of its offering and Omnis’ proposition, investment strategies and principles. Increasing adoption and retention of the Wealth proposition, especially the investment products and services manufactured by Omnis across all facets of the Partnership. Communicating Omnis investment strategies to advisers with the goal of growing assets under management. Helping promote more Omnis & Investment products and services to retain and grow existing business. Devising and leading engaging promotional activities, that are designed to educate, inspire and grow adviser confidence and capability of our wealth proposition. Assisting in the positioning and creation of adviser-focused materials, case studies and sales tools. Collaborating on and execute go-to-market plans for new and upcoming propositions, product launches and third-party integrations. Building strong relationships with financial advisers and practices. Segmenting the adviser base to build an effective engagement plan Leading a team of wealth development managers ensuring that regional activities are in-line with goals set up between Omnis and 2plan/Openwork Monitoring, track and report on adviser activities and asset flows Liaising with 2plan and/or Openwork central teams to ensure most effective deployment of activities and resource What will you need to succeed? A track record of leading and managing a successful remote field based team is desirable. Good organisation & time management skills. Able to deliver against deadlines and manage diary effectively Relationship management skills. Ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively A reasonable understanding of Financial Markets and economic theories. Experience managing sales/distribution teams within a matrix management environment. Products and services fitting within an advice journey Financial adviser and their needs to recommend investment solutions Financial markets and investment management Financial planning Regulatory landscape and the implications for clients/practices and advisers.
