About the role:
We’re looking for a Product Growth Head to join the JCB World Parts Centre, supporting the Machine Maintenance product portfolio, including Lubricants, Service Fluids, Filters and Batteries. This is a critical role within the Service Parts business, responsible for driving growth across a significant and high-value portfolio. This area of the business has delivered strong performance and represents a key engine for future expansion. As such, this role plays a vital part in sustaining momentum and supporting ambitious growth objectives across global markets. Reporting to the Head of Lubricants, you’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working collaboratively across multiple business functions to identify and deliver growth opportunities.
What does this role involve day to day?
•Key focus will be to lead and grow our aftersales Filters & Batteries business.
•Support product management initiatives for the maintenance parts portfolio.
•Deliver detailed & accurate business reports to track growth.
•Conduct market & competitor analysis to identify tactical & strategic opportunities.
•Work with the Product Team & Stakeholder Network to support growth initiatives.
•Conduct market & product research to define new portfolio developments.
•Develop technical & commercial specifications for new products & market channels.
•Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Commercial & Ops Stakeholders.
•Lead & contribute to portfolio level strategic business planning within assigned areas.
•Support implementation and execution of growth plans across global markets.
•Manage multiple projects and priorities with a strong focus on delivery and outcomes.
•Use advanced Excel, SAP & BW skills to analyse data & provide insights.
•Occasional travel within the UK and internationally to support business needs.
This will be suited to you if…
•You have a degree in a STEM subject.
•You bring significant experience from prior product management or commercial roles.
•You have subject matter expertise in auto / industrial filtration & battery applications.
•You have good understanding of auto / machinery servicing & dealer networks.
•You are highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
•You possess strong commercial acumen & a value-selling mindset.
•You can translate data into strategic and actionable insights.
•You are confident managing multiple priorities with effective time management skills.
•You are an advanced user of Excel, with strong SAP / BW experience.
•You are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
•You are driven, motivated & enjoy driving growth in a fast-paced commercial setting.
•You are eager to develop expertise in a high-growth, strategically important business.
•You are a strong communicator: able to forge relationships at all corporate levels.
•You have excellent presentation skills: ability to sell Product Value – beyond the brand.
