What We Are Looking For
Individuals with a passion for customer service and who are energised by working together as a collaborative team within a fast‑paced retail environment. We don't expect all who apply to have previous retail experience; you will receive online and on‑the‑job training to support you in developing the skills and capabilities you need to perform your role.
What You Will Be Responsible For
* Prioritise the safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the customer in line with policy and procedure.
* Serve customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment in line with company beliefs.
* Prepare and serve food and drink items from the Wild Bean Café.
* Take in deliveries, replenish stock, and complete stock‑management tasks.
* Support promotion, offers, and loyalty scheme activities.
* Carry out cleaning duties across the store, facilities, and forecourt.
