We have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join us as a Customer Service Assistant based at Scunthorpe Central.
We are looking for a customer-focused individual who can provide a friendly and efficient reception to customers, staff, and visitors.
As the first point of contact for our Community Hub, you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and service users. You will need a good working knowledge of computer systems and possess excellent organisational skills.
