We’re looking for an energised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team at Harvey Steel Lintels in Colchester. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the depot to not only meet but exceed our customers’ expectations. What you’ll be doing: Providing quotes and pricing for customers, and following up on enquiries both other the phone and email Maintaining and developing relationships with current and new customers Making drawings for customers using Auto-CAD Raising orders accurately and efficiently Chasing suppliers to ensure a great customer experience What you’ll bring: We know you’re more than just a CV. If you’re self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organised, we’ll give you the training and tools you need to succeed. A background in sales, good phone manner, and computer literacy are essential. Experience with Auto-Cad would be an advantage, or experience in the builders merchants industry and an understanding of the products we sell.
