The Role
We are working with a specialist school in Coventry that is seeking amitted and nurturing SEN Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.
This role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, with a particular focus on Early Years. The successful candidate will deliver structured, engaging lessons in a supportive and well‑resourced environment.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
2. Has experience teaching pupils with SEN
3. Early Years experience is highly desirable
4. Calm, patient, and adaptable teaching style
5. Strong understanding of inclusive and child‑centred practice
