Data Support Analyst
Hybrid - 1 - 2x days per week on site in Suffolk
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Join a global organisation on a mission to redefine what “best‑in‑class” looks like.
We're supporting an organisation backed by a leading private equity partner and fuelled by ambitious growth through ongoing M&A. This business is rapidly scaling to secure its position as the world’s market leader in its sector. The pace is fast, the transformation is real, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact is huge.
As the organisation strengthens its Dynamics 365 F&O capability globally, we’re launching a campaign to bring in curious, confident, forward‑thinking talent - people who challenge the status quo in the right way, thrive in evolving environments, and enjoy having fun while delivering meaningful change.
If you want to shape a global D365 landscape rather than simply operate in one, this is where you can do it.
Are you highly analytical, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering high‑quality data solutions? We’re looking for a proactive Data Support Analyst to play a key role within the organisation.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining master data across Microsoft Dynamics 365, providing expert-level support to end users, and ensuring data quality and governance standards are consistently met.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Set up and maintain master data including suppliers, customers, user accounts, projects, and contracts.
* Investigate, resolve, and manage D365 data-related support tickets.
* Collaborate with third parties to resolve escalated issues.
* Conduct data cleansing, validation, and quality checks.
* Support ongoing data migration projects.
* Automate recurring data tasks to boost efficiency and reliability.
* Help maintain data governance and documentation standards.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
* Experience in data management, analytics, or a related role.
* Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and automation features.
* Strong understanding of data quality principles, modelling, and validation.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Clear and confident communication skills.
* A fast learner who thrives in a team environment.
Desirable
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, or Customer Engagement).
Why Join Us?
You’ll be part of a forward-thinking, supportive team with opportunities to grow, influence positive change, and contribute to the long-term success of the organisation. With hybrid working, an inclusive culture, and a focus on innovation, it’s a great place to progress your data career.
