Ocean Freight Coordinator Key Responsibilities Managing import and export shipments from start to finish Managing ocean freight shipments Quoting for new and existing customers Liaising with suppliers including hauliers and shipping lines Arranging transport via shipping lines, agents, and hauliers Handling account management for key customers Processing customer invoices and supplier costs Supporting the coordination of ocean freight operations Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely updates to customers Assisting with customs-related processes where required Knowledge of completing full customs entries Familiarity with HMRC CDS clearance systems Experience using freight forwarding systems (e.g. Cargoes, Actifreight, MCP, CNS) Salary & Benefits Salary circa...
