B2B Account Manager Stoke-on-Trent 28K basic OTE 40K Responsibilities of the B2B Account Manager Manage and grow existing B2B accounts through proactive outreach (phone, email, digital platforms) and respond to inbound enquiries Promote the full range of our clients offerings, including devices, accessories, and value-add services such as grading, custom packaging, and pre-configuration Negotiate pricing, upsell product ranges, and build orders to maximise revenue Monitor and drive customer sales performance against agreed KPIs Promote our digital tools (e.g., sales portals) to enhance customer engagement Conduct customer visits and represent us at UK-based exhibitions and industry events Proactively identify, win and onboard new B2B business opportunities Undertake market research and conduct due diligence on prospective customers The ideal B2B Account Manager will need to be/have: Proven experience in a B2B sales or account management role Demonstrable success in achieving or exceeding sales targets Strong commercial awareness with experience in negotiation and relationship management Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
