Overview
We are looking for a Cleaner to support the team in cleaning all our empty properties once all repair work has been completed. These cleans will vary from minor to major, depending on the severity of the property. You will be professional, courteous, hard-working, and helpful, cleaning entire properties to meet our empty home's specifications under the guidance of your team leader.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring you follow all health and safety regulations as trained and employ safe working methods at all times
* Keeping equipment in clean, good working order and ensuring that it is securely and safely stored
* Using cleaning products and solutions according to COSHH regulations as well as directed by the service team leader in accordance with cleaning procedures
* Reporting problems or faults in your area to your service team leader in accordance with reporting procedures
* Carrying out, where required, the installation/removal of suited locks to properties
* Delivering service in accordance with the company's repairs and maintenance operating standards
* Providing the service to the customer in line with the company's customer standards and quality standards
* Responding to all work related issues via the company's communication system, which may include PDA/IT systems
* Being responsible for compliance with health & safety legislation and the company's health & safety management systems, for the safety of yourself, your colleagues, customers and the general public
* Record all work activities carried out and assess and record the materials used
* Ensuring the maintenance and security of plant machinery and vehicles as and when required
* A valid UK full driving licence (if you have a disability we will explore reasonable adjustments with you)
Requirements
* Demonstrated ability to work professionally and effectively in a cleaning role
* Ability to follow health and safety regulations and company procedures
* Willingness to work in empty properties after repairs are completed
