We are the largest employer of social workers in England, supported by a varied and multi-sited corporate and business services function. This role leads a diverse team across our resourcing function, including recruitment, onboarding, pre payroll and employee record changes. The role is a key member of the HR Leadership Team and reports to the Chief People Officer. You will shape our resourcing policies and practices to be inclusive, innovative and to improve experiences for our leaders, colleagues and candidates. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will evolve and amplify our employer brand and develop our approach to strategic workforce forecasting, while ensuring governance and safeguarding assurances are in place. You should have a proven track record in leading a resourcing/recruitment function at a senior level in a large or complex organisation, with a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
This role has a flexible office base within our Midlands/central region; however, there will be a need to travel across our sites within England as required.
