About the Role: A national, leading provider of residential care for young people, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Team Leader for their Children's Home. This role involves providing day-to-day care for young people, ensuring smooth operations of the home, and providing leadership and support to the staff team. Responsibilities: Take care of the day-to-day needs of young people in the residential homes. Ensure the home operates at high standards and that staff are supported. Provide leadership to inspire colleagues and build relationships with young people. Step up to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required. Benefits and Incentives: Base salary of £37,292 - £41,072 per year, made up of; Bonuses for up to 4 sleep-ins per month, paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £2,880 per year).
