You will get to know residents and their families, ensuring the delivery of tailored care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will uphold high standards of care and positively influence your team. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, supporting end-of-life care, communicating with families, and providing social and recreational stimulation, including medication administration. Maintaining accurate records and fostering strong team relationships are essential parts of your role.

Ideally, you will have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and be willing to pursue Level 3 or equivalent. Experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care knowledge are advantageous. Most importantly, bring positive energy, excellent communication skills, good record-keeping, and a caring attitude.
