The opportunity
As Interim Finance Director, you will play a key leadership role in reshaping the reporting and management information structure of the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will:
* Redefine and standardise the accounts and reporting framework.
* Develop and implement best-in-class MI that supports informed decision-making.
* Quickly build a deep understanding of the business, its operational complexities, systems, and processes, so that you can make insightful recommendations.
* Mentor and support the wider finance team through the transition process.
Key requirements
* To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
* A strong background in financial reporting and the transformation of systems and processes
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to challenge and lead change.
