Maths Teacher – Secondary School Location: Trafford & South Manchester Contract: Full‑Time Start Date: Immediate or ASAP Salary: M1 – UPS3 (dependent on experience) Teaching Personnel are looking for Maths Teachers to work on a supply basis in a range of well‑regarded secondary schools in Trafford / South Manchester, on a flexible part-time or full-time basis (depending on personal preference). This role offers the chance to inspire students and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to develop strong relationships within different schools. You’ll be based at different schools on a flexible day-to-day basis. This position is ideal for ECTs to gain more classroom experience, as well as more experienced teachers. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) or a recognised UK teaching qualification Experience teaching Mathematics at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential) Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills Passion for Maths education and raising pupil achievement Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high‑quality Maths lessons aligned with the curriculum Monitor, assess, and track student progress Use a range of teaching strategies to support learners of all abilities Contribute to the Maths department and wider school community Why Apply Through Teaching Personnel?
