The Services Engagement (SE) department is a newly created team to support sales with the resourcing of all our services departments.

The role will encompass working with our Support Services and Networking and Security Specialist Teams, our Purchasing Team, our Service Delivery Managers, Vendors, our Operations Centre, and Third-Party Partners that complement our Service offering.
As Services Engagement Executive, you'll be responsible for:
* Helping with the growth and success of the Support Services business unit
* Assisting the external Sales Specialists in the day-to-day role of quoting new business, working on renewals, and owning and managing run rate/renewal opportunities
* Quoting creation and renewal quotes, using Manufacturer and suppliers' online portals
* Dealing with customer inquiries while working alongside different departments within the business
