Key responsibilities as Recruitment Partner
* Partner with service leaders in education, children's homes, and foster care to agree recruitment priorities, create clear role briefs, and track vacancy pipelines.
* Deliver targeted attraction plans, build candidate pipelines through advertising and direct sourcing, screen fairly against values and criteria, and maintain ATS data.
* Support structured selection, hiring decisions, candidate engagement to onboarding, and provide market insights for faster, quality hires.
