Domain specific accountabilities for automation and reporting include M&S Online Operations, D&T Product Teams, Food Digital and Brands whilst also owning M&S Online Customer/Trade via the management of highly skilled team.

Leadership & Delivery

* Develop and lead a team of analysts, driving a high‑performance culture across the team.
* End‑to‑end delivery of reporting for M&S Online KPIs with a focus on Operational areas, Trade and Experimentation.
