Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Head of HR to lead their people strategy and drive transformation across the business. The ideal candidate will hold an MCIPD qualification and have a strong background in HR leadership, with expertise in change management, TUPE, mergers and acquisitions, and employee engagement.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in integrating our client’s HR systems with outsourced payroll, ensuring a seamless transition. You will also be responsible for delivering leadership training, supporting organisational growth, and driving a high-performance culture within a manufacturing and blue-collar workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide oversight and direction to HR to ensure best practice is observed and slick and simple processes are managed throughout the entire employee life cycle including recruitment, induction, training, employee relations, reward, HR administration and performance management.
2. Develop and implement a robust HR strategy aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
3. Lead and execute change and transformation projects across the business, ensuring effective implementation and communication.
