We’re partnering with a leading professional services firm in London to recruit a confident and proactive HR Advisor to join their dynamic People Team.
This is a key role at the heart of the business, supporting all internal people processes and playing a crucial part in driving performance management, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the subject matter expert across all People processes, systems, and policies
* Lead on onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
* Support with delivering the People Plan and strategic HR initiatives
* Coordinate and drive cultural projects aligned with company values
* Organise and support L&D activities, including lunch and learns
* Provide advice and support on low-level ER matters such as maternity, flexible working, and probation
* Ensure smooth HR operations with systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe DocuSign (PeopleHR desirable)
About You:
* Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and performance processes
* Experienced in ER, L&D, and Talent Acquisition support
* Proactive, solutions-focused and calm under pressure
* A growth mindset and passion for learning and improvement
* High attention to detail with a deadline-driven, execution-focused approach
