We’re recruiting for a Finance Manager position on behalf of a FMCG business based in Uxbridge (Hybrid - 2 days in, 3 days WFH)
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role is pivotal in delivering timely and accurate financial information to support decision-making across the business. The right candidate needs to be naturally inquisitive and have an analytical mindset.
Our client is looking for a candidate with a background in team leadership as this position will oversee a team of 3, responsible for reporting, budgeting, analysis, audit, and providing strategic advice to senior management.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage, coach and develop a team of 3
* Lead Month-end reporting, supported by the Management Accountants
* Budgeting & Forecasting
* Cash-flow forecasting
* COGS Analysis
* Quarterly VAT returns
* Business Partnering
* Year-end reporting + Audit
* Financial planning and analysis
* Manage financial operations
* Compliance and Controls
Required skills and qualifications:
* Experience in a similar level leadership position
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
* Confident communicator and established business partner
