We're looking for a CRM Executive to help us do just that. Based at our stunning offices in Swindon, Wiltshire and with hybrid working 2 days a week, you'll be a key part of our Digital & Growth team, helping to shape and deliver our CRM programme through beautifully executed email and SMS campaigns. Using data-driven insight, you'll personalise customer experiences, strengthen engagement, and drive both ecommerce sales and store visits.
Working closely with our Paid Media, Ecommerce, Creative, and Copy teams, you'll play a vital role in growing our customer base through thoughtful retention and reactivation strategies.
Day to day you'll be responsible for:
1. Building and executing CRM campaigns and automated journeys using Klaviyo
2. Applying smart audience segmentation to personalise every customer touchpoint
3. Ensuring all CRM activity reflects ourluxury brand identity and tone of voice
4. Running A/B tests to refine subject lines, messaging, and send times for optimal results
