About You
* Hold relevant childcare or social care qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level in Health & Social Care)
* Experience working with young people affected by trauma, loss, or mental health issues
* Strong staff management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent relationship-building skills
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle
Main Responsibilities
* Supervise support workers and provide direct support to young people
* Manage team operations, including supervision and team meetings
* Ensure high-quality, safe, and child-centered service delivery
* Develop and review support plans and risk assessments
* Represent the service to young people, families, and partners
* Contribute to out-of-hours duties and staffing rotas
* Communicate effectively with young people and their families
* Support young people's access to education and employment opportunities
