Our Client is looking for a Religious Studies ECT to work within a high-performing mixed secondary school based in York. This is a full-time position starting January 2026. Religious Studies ECT required to work on a full-time basis High-achieving school in York Excellent support and mentoring for new teachers The successful Religious Studies ECT will teach across KS3 and KS4, joining a department that values open discussion and diverse perspectives. Experience and Qualifications • Religious Studies ECT • Be motivated, reflective and confident in delivering engaging lessons • A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE) • Legal ability to work within the UK School Information This is an oversubscribed 11–18 mixed school with approximately 1,300 students and a reputation for strong academic results.
