The Role
As part of the NHS Patient Services Team, you will deliver virtual pre-operative consultations to assess patient suitability, handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments and managing calls, and provide excellent customer service throughout the patient journey.
What You’ll Need
* Experience in healthcare or ophthalmic sector
* Strong customer service and clinical care awareness
* Excellent communication skills and passion for Vision Correction
* Experience with patient administration and electronic medical records systems
* Organisational skills with the ability to adapt to customer needs
* Attention to detail
* Motivation and ability to work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems
* Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and patients
* Capability to handle challenging behaviours
