We are looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Consultant to join our clients team in-house. You will manage the full recruitment cycle – from attracting and sourcing candidates through to interview and onboarding – ensuring they hire the right people to support their business goals. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation.
This role is office based, Monday to Friday and initially a 6 month contract with a view to go permanent. Hours are 9-5 and there is onsite parking. You need to be available to start work on the 22nd September 2025
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create clear job descriptions.

Advertise vacancies effectively across multiple channels.

Source candidates through CV databases job boards and Linkedin
*
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
*
Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers.
*
Provide feedback and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
*
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity.
*
Support the development of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
*
Assist with onboarding and induction of new starters.
Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
*
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
*
Confident using job boards, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.
*
Skilled in candidate screening and interview techniques.
*
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
*
Ability to build positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
*
