Job Description
Scope of Work:
Kent is delivering integrated planning and project controls services in support of Project XX. The scope includes the development, implementation, and management of the Project Master Control Schedule, coordination of multi‑discipline planning activities across FEED and EPC phases, and assurance of schedule performance across globally distributed delivery teams.
The role will support the establishment of planning standards and governance, ensure contractor and vendor schedule compliance, and contribute to successful project execution through robust planning, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish, develop, maintain, and manage the integrated Project Master Control Schedule in alignment with key project milestones and execution strategies.
* Lead and coordinate planning activities across multiple global offices, ensuring schedule integration, consistency, and alignment across all disciplines.
* Provide strong FEED and EPC planning expertise to support continuity and effective transition between all project phases.
* Deliver hands‑on planning activities including detailed schedule development, logic sequencing, critical path analysis, and schedule optimisation.
* Prepare and maintain progress measurement systems, S‑curves, dashboards, schedule performance reports, and project control metrics.
* Develop and issue look‑ahead schedules and short‑term execution plans to support project delivery and construction readiness.
* Identify schedule risks and opportunities, develop mitigation and recovery strategies, and support overall project risk management activities.
* Facilitate planning workshops, stakeholder reviews, coordination meetings, and progress review sessions.
* Review and assure contractor and vendor planning deliverables for compliance with project requirements and execution objectives.
* Implement and maintain planning procedures, systems, reporting frameworks, and governance standards.
* Provide effective stakeholder engagement and communication within complex and multi‑location project environments.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Proven lead planning experience on major capital projects.
* Extensive FEED and EPC project delivery background.
* Experience managing and coordinating global planning teams.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
* Ability to operate effectively within complex international project delivery environments.
