You will be working for a recently formed SME part of a larger well established organisation
Your new role
You will be implementing Xero and setting up systems, process and best practice for the finance function in the future. You will implement Xero and trouble shoot the full finance life cycle shadowing the present finance package to check the processes and systems are fit for purpose. You will be experienced in working in SME organisations and understand some of the challenges that they face including checking HMRC returns etc
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience of implementing systems and processes ideally of Xero. You will have previous experience of SME organisations and understand delivering month and year end in smaller entities. You will have excellent communication skills as you deliver these new processes across the business and liaise with the parent company.
What you'll get in return
You will be working for 4 to 6 months on this project with the clear objective of delivering a working Xero implementation
