Job Description:
Reporting into the Head of Payroll managing a staff of 5
Overseeing the payroll administration for over 3000 employees
Ensure that the payroll is processed accurately and on time
Management of multi company payroll
Dealing with the complex payroll queries that may arise and escalating them within the business where required
Suggesting improvements and streamlining processes where required
Dealing with National Minimum Wage
Experience of processing of holidaysSuccessful candidate:
Will have worked in a similar role before
Attention to detail
Previous management experience
