Multi-Skills Construction Lecturer
Full-time | 35 hours per week | Greater Manchester
A forward-thinking and rapidly developing further education provision in Greater Manchester is seeking a Multi-Skills Construction Lecturer to join their team at an exciting new campus development. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a growing department and supporting learners up to Level 3 in a practical, hands-on environment.
The Role You will be responsible for delivering engaging and industry-relevant multi-skills construction sessions, supporting students to develop core trade skills across disciplines. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and productive workshop environment, including conducting risk assessments and supporting learner progress.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver multi-skills construction teaching up to Level 3
Support students in developing practical and theoretical knowledge
Carry out risk assessments and maintain workshop safety standards
Track and monitor learner progress and provide feedback
Contribute to the development of a new and growing provision What We’re Looking For
A Level 3 qualification in a construction-related discipline (essential)
Strong IT skills and confidence using digital systems
Ability to carry out risk assessments and maintain safe working environments
A passion for supporting learners and developing future talent
