Job Advert: Customer Care Advisor - Hybrid initially on an 18 month contract Location: Coventry Salary: £24,800 Working Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday, hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 from home Role Purpose for a Customer Care Advisor: Reporting to the Customer Care Manager and working as part of a team, youll ensure effective, seamless working between the Sales and Marketing teams, Showroom, Finance and Distribution/Fulfilment Departments. Key Responsibilities of a Customer Care Advisor: Ensure inbound queries are dealt with in an effective manner Provide an excellent customer experience by following company processes Deal with complaints and escalate when required Update the in house database to ensure records are kept of contact with the customer Liaise with courier companies regarding deliveries Complete refund authorisation if required Key Skills/Attributes of a Customer Care Advisor: Previous experience in a customer focused role Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly Highly organised, efficient and capable of completing tasks within set timeframes Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team If you're enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to contribute to a thriving business, we'd love to hear from you.
