Key Responsibilities
You will provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Team by:
Preparing Customer Quotations, Pricing, Contracts and T&Cs
Supporting with new product introduction, product launches and changes to existing products
Building excellent marketing knowledge including competitor products and pricing
Assisting with category plans and market mapping
Using Canva to produce marketing material
Updating and maintaining company websites
Using Google Analytics to report on performance of website and marketing campaigns
Producing high quality customer presentations for the sales team to support sales pitches and tenders

Ideal Skills and Experience
Proven track record in a sales support / marketing support role
Drive and ambition to progress a career within Sales and Marketing
Experience working alongside a sales team in a B2B environment
Good knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Experience using Canva for creating marketing materials
Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Organised with attention to detail
Great cross functional collaboration and communication skills
