Home Manager

Ravenhurst Residential Care Home, Stourport-on-Severn

£55,016.04 per year plus 20% bonus*

40 hours per week

Your role

You’ll never be doing it alone. Our central recruitment, finance, sales, and marketing teams are here to take the pressure off, so you can focus on what matters most: championing exceptional care.

1. Lead the team to enrich residents’ lives every day
2. Deliver personalised, high-quality care aligned to individual plans
3. Champion meaningful leisure and social activities every day
4. Build trusted relationships with residents, families and colleagues
5. Model a positive, kind and supportive culture across the home

Your skills

6. Experience in a residential or nursing care setting
7. Strong operational management and leadership
8. People-focussed communicator who collaborates well
9. Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
10. Current driving licence and access to a vehicle
